Your personal information is not shared with anyone outside of the company, From Head to Curve.
When leaving a comment and cookies are still enabled, only you will be able to see your personal information. As stated before, this information is saved to make your experience of commenting on our site more enjoyable.
When signing up for any of the newsletters we offer, you will be asked for your name and email address. None of this information is shared with brands, for analytics, or to anyone else that is not giving the right of organizing newsletters through the employment of this company. Currently, the only person able to see the names and emails of individuals added to our newsletter is Ashley Morgan herself. When that is changed, you will be notified through this privacy policy and introduced to a said employee through the newsletter communication.
Please note that at any time you do have the freedom to unsubscribe from any of our newsletters. This option is given at the bottom of all our emails. This then moves your information to “unsubscribed” where it will no longer be notified and automatically deletes through MailChimp.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
