Listen, I loved wearing this Adidas plus size outfit let alone being the one bringing it to you guys. I would enjoy seeing us (plus size women) in athleisure on the internet more often. We workout too! Is that just me or would you guys like to see the same thing?

So, I know you guys are wondering whether the bra in this Adidas outfit actually holds. My answer…it depends on the type of workout. I actually have 2 different bras from Adidas that were recently released. One has medium hold (the bra pictured in this post) and the other has high support.
The medium support sports bra that I am wearing is perfect for lighter/less vigorous workouts. Those would be biking, yoga, pilates, etc. However, I want you guys to remember that my bra size is a 42G which means my boobs are heavy! Therefore, medium hold on me is more like a light hold. The smaller your bra size, the better your hold would be in this medium support bra. Now, the high support was really good! So, definitely pay attention to the bra description before purchasing adidas bras.
