Guys, I’ve moved into my first new house!
I’m still in disbelief, even though I am about 3 months late in writing this post lol.
At 12:15 March 26, 2019, I closed on my very first home and moved in a few hours later. This process has been going on since November
On the day I began the process of buying my new home, I had a therapy appointment. Right after we got out of church, I had this desire to go see this model home my mom and I have been visiting. So we rushed to the model home so we can take in some inspiration before my therapy appointment.
Little did we know, that desire to see the home was God pushing me into my next blessing. In an hour of us walking into the house, I’d signed the papers to begin the process of me buying a new house scheduled to be completed in spring.
Just 2-3 weeks before this happened, I was crying to God asking why my life wasn’t advancing as fast as I would have liked. Little did I know, my blessing was closer than I thought.
This post isn’t just to give you guys an update on what has been going on in my life. I want to spark some hope into your life as well.
If you feel the slightest bit of what I was describing earlier, just know that God hasn’t forgotten you. One thing I regret is allowing my peace of mind to slip through my fingers when I was waiting on my blessing.
When you’re anxious about your situation, you’re not thinking logically and therefore not maximizing the use of your down time. Be sure to lean on God’s knowledge and not your own understanding. Once we learn that, life will go much more smoothly, be more intentional. and you will gain peace of mind.
