Valentines Day is right around the corner, and I know you guys are looking for some great ideas for a date night outfit. Looks like V-Day has fallen on a weekday this year. I may not have been on a date in a long time, but here’s something I do know. When you are dressing up for a week day date night, convenience makes feeling and looking cute a lot easier. Wearing a nice little black dress that brings can be so easy to dress up. The first place I thought about for such a dress was Eloquii. It’s been a long time since I’ve done a post of some dresses from Eloquii, so this outfit is much needed!

I was very surprised how much I loved the fit of this Eyelet Easy Dress. Mostly due to there not being a cinch under the breast to bring shape to the dress. Not once do I feel slouchy or sloppy. It gives you the flounce dress shape, and doesn’t hug me in the areas I am trying to conceal. Thank God for the separate lining since the dress is completely lace. Just fyi, the lace has slight stretch but not too much. Here are a couple of ways you can style it for your date night outfit.
In the picture above, I paired the dress with these wide calf boots that look so cute and playful. It’s a perfect style for this winter weather we are having right now. These stretch calf boot are old from 2020, however these thigh high boots from Fashion to Figure would be a great replacement to complete the look. If you are looking for some affordable braided heels, these braided block heels from Amazon would be a great option.
