We are wrapping up the end of the year guys! I’ve been working more on my health lately, and working out has me feeling so much better every day. I’m not just focused on the number on the scale, but how I feel in my plus size clothes! Even when it was hard to get started, my workouts have been helping me get stronger and stronger every day. My mind is more clear, I am able to focus more, and I feel a bit more healthier because I am making choices that are great for me.

Our workouts don’t have to be super strenuous to be effective. We can do small workouts in the beginning to get our bodies used to being more active. So, in today’s post, I want to bring 2 plus size workout videos from my YouTube channel that are perfect for beginners. Both workouts will take about 15 minutes and can be done at home or outdoors.
