You guys have no idea how excited I am to finally be wearing this vest. About a year ago, I saw & purchased this vest from ASOS. I immediately fell in love with it when I tried it on, but I wasn’t quite sure what to pair it with. Let’s just say I have a bad habit of letting new clothes sit around before I actually wear them.
So on a day that I had absolutely nothing else to do, I decided to play dress up from my closet stash. This vest immediately stood out as something I need to grab and throw on. I just felt that a nice form fitting dress should be involved, then I ran across this lovely midi dress from Rebdolls. I actually wore this dress many times before, so it never experienced my clothing abandonment issues.
Once I put the pieces together and saw how the colors worked nicely, I had to add it to the blog. I’m still really new in the plus size fashion industry and especially with styling, so for my level of experience I think this is a good fit. I love the length of the vest and how it adds class to the entire look. The fact that it is sleeveless makes it versatile in every season. When it’s cooler outside, it can be paired with long sleeve tops & dresses. When the temperature is warmer, you can style it as I have. The fabric is very light weight so its great at keeping things cool.
