I’ve been seeing so many plus size dresses for winter that it gets me all excited to take time and doll myself up this season. Chic Soul was kind enough to gift me the Still So Sweet dress, and I thought it would be adorable to add to my wardrobe.
Lately, I’ve been trying to figure out how to step out of the box a little bit with my style. So, I did something I haven’t done in decades…I wore stockings! I know I am not the only one that was ready to get out of stockings ever since they began to grow up. But through following some of my favorite style bloggers, I am starting to have a new found love for them.
The stockings I paired with this dress are from Catherine’s. I also tried out some stockings in my New Year’s Eve post. After seeing them in action, I think stockings are also a cute addition to your winter wardrobe. Instead of pairing this outfit with boots, the stockings allowed me to try something new with my strappy heels from Target.
I did a little bit of online shopping and was able to find some really cute dresses that are affordable and winter-appropriate. Not all of these dresses are made with winter in mind, but you can always style them and create a brand new outfit. Oh and let me add…they’re all $49 and under! Such a steal!
